Where possible, we use fruit grown by students at the college under Assured Farm Standards.
When own stocks are exhausted, they source fruit from local growers whose orchard management practices are in line with the College's own. Pressed & bottled on site.
Pershore College never add sugar to the juice, preferring to let the individual characteristics of each variety dictate the degree of sweetness of the final product.
