Based at the famous National Trust owned Fleece Inn at Bretforton, Worcestershire, we are perfectly placed for events in the West Midlands and Southwest.

We have been providing mobile and marquee bars for outdoor events for over 15 years, and have over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

We pride ourselves on a bespoke approach with quality and enjoyment at its heart.

Olive the Open Top Bus Bar

Our pride and joy, Olive brings the amazing ‘wow’ factor to any wedding or event.
Kitted our on the ground floor in vintage style, guests can be served from either side of the bus or from the downstairs salon.
Stairs lead up to the garden terrace, offering guests great views of your special day – perfect for photos too! Olive can serve any style of drinks, from craft to cocktail, fizz and ale on draught, all delivered by our expert bartenders.

The Prancing Pony

Our horsebox bar is named after the famous pub where Frodo Baggins called in on his travels.
From gin bar to craft ale bar, this lovely 1950’s beauty provides that little touch of magic to your wedding. Like all our bars, The Pony can be dressed to match your style and has flexible drinks offers. Mix and match with our other bars and added extras, or just book the Pony by herself.

Moongazer Marquee Bars - and more

From pallet bars to marquees, we can deliver all aspects of your special day. Our bars are fully versatile to meet your needs, and we can tailor products and size to suit. We have set up bars in barns, museums, churches, festival fields galore, even castles.
We stock or can source all additional items such as lighting, generators, hay bales, heaters, furniture as well as larger items such as marquees.
Just ask, and we can sort it.

Bar Hire Costs – Fair and Simple

We take a refundable deposit to hold the date and arrange the license. Nearer the day we take a full payment for hire costs and any drinks packages. There is no minimum spend.
Prancing Pony
Hire Charge £400, no minimum spend.
Olive the Bus
Hire Charge £1500. No minimum spend.
Marquee Bars
Typical Hire Charge from £400. No minimum spend.

Drinks packages can be added to any bar hire to suit and we have a selection of styling items which can be used for free.
Travel: If your event takes place more than 35 miles from our Worcestershire base, we may need to charge a little extra to cover travel costs.
Hire options
Don’t stress over the best options for your day, we can help with any of the following formats:
Pay-as-you Go Bar – full bar service where guests purchase their own drinks
Complimentary Bar – full bar service where hosts cover the costs of drinks
Cash/Host Combo – full bar service with some drinks covered by the hosts, and the rest of a pay-as-you go basis.
Dry Hire – full bar service with drinks purchased by the hosts

Environmental Policy

We strive to be as sustainable as possible and are committed to working with our customers to minimise the impact of our business on the environment. Glassware and containers are re-useable or fully biodegradable and we only use paper straws and compostable napkins
